• Allows you to send a request for books to another library

• Generates acknowledgment letter when books are received from the parent library

• Reports ILL books which are issued out to your members

• Generates Dispatch transaction at the time sending the book to the parent library

Thus maintains the complete track of books, which are presently on ILL along with the history of books, which were on ILL in the past.
